The room was excellent with a really good view of the strip and Bellagio fountains , on arrival our room key did not work but the facilities arrived quickly and sorted everything out they were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in an excellent position for the south strip and it is roughly central

The staff was exceptionally helpful. It was not their fault that none of the electronic systems worked or that check-in was understaffed. The room was comfortable and we were upgraded upon arrival. The pool area was very nice.
